Belonging: a new HR tool is now available
CHRC is pleased to announce that a new Inclusion, Diversity, Equity & Accessibility (IDEA) tool is now available to the cultural sector. Created with the help of Ontario Arts Council funding through the Cross-Sectoral Recovery Roundtable (CSRR) project, this new HR Management Toolkit tool responds to the need and requests for readily accessible resources on the subject of IDEA.
Through Belonging, CHRC and CSRR project participants aim to:
- Enhance knowledge on IDEA;
- Strengthen board and management commitment to IDEA;
- Share IDEA services, tools and resources.
CHRC thanks the Ontario Arts Council, the numerous participants in the CSRR project and the consultants involved in the creation of Belonging!
CHRC encourages leaders, managers, and all stakeholders across the cultural sector to download a free copy of Belonging.
